Dear backers, 

Next week we'll be processing all the pending orders! For those backers who want to make any change in their pieces, please contact us, and one member of our team will happily assist you. 

If you want to change your address we have two options:

• If we haven’t shipped your order yet, just send us a message, and we’ll immediately update it on our system.
• If your package is no longer in our warehouse, we can’t edit the address, but you can contact the courier and ask them to change it or hold your package in the Postal Office. If you need any assistance with this, please send us a message and we’ll do our best to help you.

Dear backers,

Hope everything is going well.

As you know, we've been working closely with our production team to make sure all your orders are fulfilled as soon as possible with our high-quality standards.

Our manufacturing team had to make changes to its operation to guarantee the safety of all the employees. That has mainly affected our brushed Anti Oloids because that finish is 100% hand-made and requires a lot of work.

We started searching for other ways to produce the brushed pieces; we've been looking into different companies and finding new processes.

However, we don't want you to keep waiting for your pieces. So we decided to focus all our efforts on this search for 4 more weeks, and if none of our team or partners come up with a suitable option that doesn't compromise quality or extend the delivery time, we'll change the brushed orders to polished ones.

Luckily, everything is going well with the Oloids (brushed and polished), and the polished Anti Oloids. The quality inspector has done a great job, and we have many of these pieces ready to ship in our warehouse.

If any of you wants to change your order from brushed to polished, just send us a message, and our fulfilling team will ship it promptly.
